RESERVATION
The reservation is considered effective when the Camping receives the income of 50% of the total. The campsite reserves the right to change the reserve pich number for reasons of relocation of stays.
For bookings with the arrival date of less than 1 week, payment will be made for the total of the stay.
SAN FERMIN: During the period of San Fermin, the booking has to be paid for 100% of the value.

EARLY CHECK-IN Subjet to availability and after asking the camping, its posible to contract early check-in in all the GLAMPING acommodations.

It´s posible to contract “LATE CHECK OUT” in all lodgings and pitches until 18:00 after consulting with Management and subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS
All the cancellation of the reservation must be done BY WRITING to the email info@campingizarpe.com (telephone calls are not accepted).
The cancellation of the reservation will be returned in full if it is made one month or more in advance. If the withdrawal or cancellation is communicated with the establishment with more than 10 days and less than 1 month before the day indicated for the occupation, the place may retain 50% of the amount of the advance. If the cancellation is communicated within 9 days prior to the one indicated for occupancy, the amount received will remain at the camping’s disposal. If customers, without prior notice, do not arrive at the establishment before 8:00 p.m. On the day of arrival, the reservation will be considered canceled. Once starting the stay reserved in the Camping, the abandonment of it before the contracted dates will not be entitled to any discount.
DEPOSIT – ONLY FOR WOODEN LODGE (CABAÑAS) – NO PODS-
There is a deposit for the Glamping accommodations of CABAÑAS. It can be done previously by transfer, in cash upon arrival or by card. If everything is correct at the end of the stay, the deposit will be returned in full. In case of damage or lack of cleaning will be deducted from it.
Wooden lodge/CABAÑA 150 euros DEPOSIT.
