BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations will only be confirmed once we have received a deposit of 50% of the total. This receipt must be shown upon arrival at the campsite. Accommodation may be allocated at the time of booking however the campsite reserves the right to change the specific allocation, we will ensure any changes will be to the same type of accommodation .

VERY IMPORTANT

We require a deposit of 150 € upon check-in at the campsite reception to cover possible damages derived from the use of the cabins. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay provided the cabin is left in a good condition.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Glamping accommodation (cabins and pods) check in from 17:00 with check out at 12:00 at the latest. In low season, the campsite may authorise entry before 4pm, please contact us beforehand to check availability.

Late check out options are available on all lodgings and packages until 18:00, this must be booked in advance with the management team and is subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS

Every cancellation must be done IN WRITING via email only to info@campingizarpe.com (telephone cancellations are not accepted).
The total amount paid for the reservation will be returned in full if the cancellation is made one month or more in advance.
If notification of the cancellation is more than 10 days and less than 1 month before the booked date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be returned.
If notification of the cancellation is 9 days or less prior to the booked date of arrival, the total amount received will be forfeited.
If customers do not arrive at the establishment before 20:00, without prior notice, on the day of arrival, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
Once the stay booked in the campsite begins, the abandonment of it before the contracted dates will not be eligible for any refund.

Guarantee:
There is a deposit for the log cabins only. This may be paid prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card, or in cash upon arrival.

Guests are responsible for leaving all accommodation in good order and in a clean condition. The deposit will be redeemed in full upon satisfactory inspection at the end of the stay. Any damage or any extra cleaning required (beyond normal wear and tear) will incur costs that may be deducted from the deposit.

There may be the option of delaying your departure, on camping pitches and Glamping accommodation, subject to availability.

GLAMPING: Log cabins and pods

IN HIGH SEASON, LOG CABINS MAY ONLY BE BOOKED FOR WHOLE WEEKS, FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY or SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
